This year, I’m proud to support the Virginia Down Syndrome Association (VDSA) through my M4K Richmond fundraising efforts. VDSA envisions a community where individuals with Down syndrome are fully included and valued.
Since 1983, VDSA has empowered families across Richmond and beyond with personalized support, education, advocacy, and programs that help individuals with Down syndrome thrive at every stage of life. They currently support over 800 families in 52 counties and 16 cities across Virginia.
Your donation makes a real, local impact. Whether it’s helping a new parent navigate early childhood development, supporting a child in learning and social programs, or giving a young adult job skills training—every dollar helps build a more inclusive and supportive community.
