I'm partcipating in "Staches for SCAN" this year to support my lovely partner Sarah Mersereau and the organization that provides her with the opportunity to use her smarts for a great cause!
For decades, Greater Richmond SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now) has gone above and beyond in striving toward its mission to prevent and treat child abuse and neglect throughout the Greater Richmond area by protecting children, promoting positive parenting, strengthening families, and creating a community that values and cares for its children.
Sarah has spent a decade of her career at Greater Richmond SCAN and has risen through the ranks to a position of leadership under Executive Director, Jeanine Harper. Supporting there organization is a year-round effort for our family, but I'm especially excited about this opportunity!
For reference, I have not been clean-shaven since 2018, so this is a BIG leap for me. Your support for SCAN would mean everything as I face the (hopefully) cold month of November without my usual face blanket.
